Very courteous and patient tech listened to my explanation of my Genie Door Opener problem. Asked me several questions about the situation then went to work to service the opener and SOLVE the problem. He inspected the door springs, rollers, track, door bottom gasket and lubed where necessary. He also gave me an assessment of obvious and not so obvious future problems. I asked for an estimate for those repairs, which he gave me, and I asked if there was a recommended time line. He said it was entirely up to my discretion. There was no sales pressure of any kind.
Based on my experience today, I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Service.

Our garage door spring broke yesterday after 6 PM. We were trapped. Several door service companies were not available until next week. Precision Door, Steve, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and gave us options for the repair. We have a transferable lifetime Warenty. We’ll make today’s appointments.
